The Consortium KIT/HCI/LATH Wins a Project in Yemen!
The Consortium of KIT Development, Policy and Practice–the Netherlands, HCI-Health Care International, Organizational Development & Consultancy Services – Egypt, and LATH-Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health–United Kingdom, has won the project "Maternal & Newborn Health" in Yemen. Technical assistance offered by the Consortium to the Ministry of Public Health & Population of the Republic of Yemen involves - amongst all - more emphasis on capacity building, institutional strengthening, addressing system weaknesses, quality of services, equity/access of the poor and neonatal care in five Governorates; Taiz, Ibb, Lahej, Aldhale and Amran.
