Management Capacity Building Program for PetroJet Enterprise
HCI has contributed to PetroJet Enterprise re-engineering initiative through assessing the managerial roles & accountabilities and strengths & weaknesses of managerial skills of the Top and Mid level managers.
HCI, in collaboration with IBM & New-Soft, implemented a program for improving the managerial capabilities of 68 top and mid-level managers. The Capacity Building Program covered (6,528) participant training days.
