Capacity Building Program of Early Intervention & Rehabilitation Centre (EIRC)
Purpose
Islamic Relief Organization (IR) and EIRC are giving special attention to building the organizational and individual capabilities of the team in charge for implementing their challenging mission. HCI has assisted IR and IREC to develop a critical mass of competent trainers to be well prepared to design, develop, and deliver the appropriate development initiatives that will move vision into practice and maintain improvements.
As a continuation to the evident success with other projects & organizations, HCI team has updated and adapted the TOT curriculum and Training Management curriculum to cope with the specific needs and expectations of IR and EIRC.
